Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

Before sending anything back, write to us at contact@v4mpy.com or through the Contact page of this site, with your order number. We reply with the return address and the steps to follow.

Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to return it. It must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

Return costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the returned item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it, or of receiving proof that you sent it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not the one you ordered, contact us with a photo. We replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years applies to every purchase.
